Volunteers
The Timbergrove Sports Association (TSA) Board is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to supporting our athletes, families, and community.
- All board members are parents or guardians of children currently participating in TSA programs.
- The board is comprised entirely of volunteers who generously contribute their time and expertise.
- Representation includes leadership from Baseball, Softball, and Soccer programs to ensure alignment across all sports.
- Major policy and financial decisions require approval from more than 50% of the board.
- The board meets regularly throughout the year to discuss and manage TSA-related initiatives and operations.
- Board members typically serve rolling three-year terms to provide continuity and fresh perspectives.
- Each member contributes a significant amount of time toward supporting TSA’s day-to-day operations and long-term success.
