Youth softball league play in fall and spring for girls ages 4-12

Welcome to TSA Softball

Timbergrove Softball is a family-oriented league that provides an opportunity to play baseball for girls ages 4 – 12 years old.

Timbergrove Softball is committed to offering a safe, affordable, and valuable program for your family and your player. Our goal is to provide a competitive recreational environment that promotes skill development, confidence, respect, teamwork and good sportsmanship. But most of all, we hope to foster a lifelong love of softball in our players.

Ages and Divisions

Division is determined by age of player as of January 1st.  Players can request to play up prior to the beginning of registration.

  • 6U:  T-Ball for girls 4-6 years old
  • 8U:  Coach pitch for girls 7-8 years old
  • 10U:  Player pitch for girls 9-10 years old
  • 12U:  Player pitch for girls 11-12 years old
Equipment Needed

Your daughter will need her own softball glove. For 6U, 8U and 10U, please make sure it is big enough to hold an 11” softball. For 12U, your daughter needs a glove large enough to hold a 12" softball. Your player will also need a batting helmet with a faceguard (a helmet chin strap is recommended, but not required) and a bat. Cleats are recommended.

Your registration includes your daughter’s jersey, socks and visor. You will be responsible to purchase the uniform pants and belt.

NOTE TO PARENTS: Jewelry is not permitted and should be removed prior to each practice and game.

Please see rules and regulations for each division for more details on the specific equipment permitted/recommended.

Game and Practice Commitments

Games are typically played on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), but may sometimes occur on weeknights.  At least one practice per week can be expected.  Games are played at the Timbergrove Sports Complex at 1600 Bevis Street.  More details on the field locations can be found here.

Practice locations and dates/times are chosen by the coach at the start of the season.

Parent Volunteers/Coaches

All TSA teams are staffed by volunteer coaches, assistant coaches, and team parents. The success of our league is largely dependent on the generosity and commitment of our volunteers. If you are interested in being a head coach or an assistant coach, please email
